As a CyberArk PAM (Privilege Access Management) Solution Engineer, you will architect, deploy, support CyberArk's cutting-edge security solutions to protect and manage privileged accounts within client organizations. This role goes beyond technical deployment; it requires a strategic mindset and persuasive communication skills, as you will play a critical role in guiding significant procedural changes in client companies. You will collaborate closely with clients, understanding their infrastructure, and ensuring that our PAM solutions are seamlessly integrated, enhancing their security posture.

What you will do:

• Architect and implement cutting-edge CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions tailored to client needs.
• Be the go-to expert for our clients, assisting them in understanding, utilizing, and troubleshooting the PAM solutions.
• Seamlessly integrate PAM solutions with customer infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and enhanced security.
• Perform comprehensive system checks and optimizations, updates, and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Act as an advisor to clients, explaining the criticality of PAM solutions and advocating for necessary procedural transformations.
• Educate clients on the best practices of PAM and develop customized, compelling reasons for changes in their existing security protocols.
• Lead clients through the conceptual and practical aspects of cybersecurity changes, influencing the behavior of both internal and external privileged users.

What are we looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows servers, including deploying, operating, and maintaining them.
• Proficiency in Microsoft AD and Microsoft CA.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows licensing to ensure compliance and optimal utilization.
• Skilled in PowerShell for system management, automate task, and integrate solutions.
• Development experience in .NET framework is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk, Delinea or other vendors PAM solutions would be an advantage.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related PAM components, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining security.
• Understanding of networking principles, protocols, and practices. You should be comfortable setting up, managing, and troubleshooting network connections.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and partners to drive projects to completion.
• Holding PAM specific certifications would be an advantage.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate with global teams and clients.

(If you haven’t worked directly with Privileged Access Management solutions but have substantial experience and proficiency in managing, troubleshooting, and installing Windows Servers, Active Directories, Certificate Authorities, have experience with PowerShell and .NET, your skills are invaluable to us and you are encouraged to apply.)
